Suggested Variations for Snowman Craft Projects

Here at Kids Activities Blog we love when you can just make something without running to the store or spending money. Here are some ideas to make your snowman craft easier, cheaper, more useful and get the whole family involved:

  • Loop a string through the top of the styrofoam cup snowman’s head, tie from inside the cup and hang on your Christmas tree.
  • Substitute toilet paper rolls Instead of cups, cut the craft rolls down a little to make a shorter snowman and then follow the directions to create your own snowman toilet paper roll craft.
  • If you don’t have felt sheets on hand, try using construction paper! It won’t be as cozy, but it will be super cute.
  • Replace the pom poms with cotton balls for big fuzzy snowman earmuffs.
  • Use googly eyes instead of drawing in your snowman eyes.
